Rules
PAYMENT
I reserve the right to decline requests for any reason whatsoever.
Any commission will be 100% paid in full before I start working.
Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. I will send you an invoice through email so if you don’t have a paypal that’s okay, payment will still be sent through it.
Payments are in USD only.
WHEN COMMISSIONING ME
A detailed description of the commission is highly encouraged, characters/clothing/background story etc...
Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
Providing photo references is a must. Commissions form without any clear photo/character/posing references will be ignored.
I’ll send you a rough draft (or a couple options), to make sure the pose and general stuff is looking good, and to see if you need anything changed at that time. I will show you the work process a few times until completion.
NO ROUGH SKETCHES NOR WIPs will be given for commissions under 20USD.
The time for your HEADSHOT/CHIBI commission to be completed can be up to 14 days.
I may create a speed-paint of the commission work.
Fill out the form at the end of the guidelines and copy paste it with the email to make it easier to order.
I don’t do private commissions. All my commissions have a free view either uploaded in my SFW or NSFW social media.
REFUNDS
If you are being a finicky or picky customer and continually ask me to change things about your commission, or are continually uncooperative, I may give you a partial refund and may no longer wish to work with you.
USE OF ARTWORK
All Rights Reserved.
Do not redistribute, claim, copy, edit, or use it in any way. My artwork is copyright to me. You are not allowed to use my artwork by any means without my permission!
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any place or site.
Publish books with.
Display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Once you decide to commission me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above. If you, the client, did not read the terms of services, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.
Violations to this Terms of Service Agreement will result in Artist Beware/Commissioners Beware, etc. and you will be added to my perma blacklist.
